MyerConnex combines selection, price, convenience and expertise to help make the on-line purchase a great experience. Should you decide to call to place your order or to discuss a technical question, a question about your order, or want to make a special purchase, you'll get a real person, not a frustrating phone menu. If we don't take your call immediately, we'll get back to you within 10 Minutes (during business hours). That's a promise!

MyerConnex Policies:

All returns must be made within 30 days of your order. To obtain authorization, please call 240.888.4300 Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, fax us at 240.912.9870 or email info@myerconnex.com.

All merchandise returned must be UNOPENED in the original packaging. Once the merchandise is received, your account will be credited less any shipping cost unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

No returns on the following:

  • Headphones {Worn or Opened}
  • Custom made cables of any kind

Return Fees apply as specified below:

  • Shipping charges may be applied to merchandise exchanges.
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee for all returns.
  • All returns will be processed within 72 hours of being received.
  • International customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs as well as related fees imposed by their country for returns.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued less shipping cost. Shipping and handling fee will apply to reshipment.

REFUSAL of DELIVERIES: Refusal of shipments will be handled like a return in accordance with our return policy, unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved. Shipping fees and/or freight charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: It is best to contact us by phone 240.888.4300 as in stock items are shipped the same day for orders received by 1PM EST. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it following the instructions above. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: No refunds on Special Orders.

SHIPPING SEVICES: MyerConnex uses USPS {US Mail}, UPS and FedEx for all packages. Shipping charges are determined by size, weight, its destination and may require a signature. Special services i.e. Overnight, Saturday delivery, Canadian and International orders may incur additional shipping costs due to size, weight and destination.

WARRANTY SERVICE: All products sold by MyerConnex have a full manufactures warranty. MyerConnex will repair or replace defective item within 30 days of original purchase.
